Return Policy for Digital Licenses and Online Deliveries

Delivery Method

Purchased software licenses/activation codes are delivered to consumers instantly in electronic format (email, user panel, etc.).

Right of Withdrawal Exception

According to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to consumers (e.g., license code).

Returns for Unused Licenses

• If the license key has never been used (not activated, not downloaded), the consumer can request a return within 14 days.
• In this case, the license key is canceled and a refund is made.

Returns for Used Licenses

• Once the license key is used/activated, return is not possible.
• The right of return expires after the customer has provided the machine code and an email containing the license key specific to this code has been sent to the customer.
• This situation is considered within the scope of the right of withdrawal exception.

Faulty / Non-Working License

• If the license number sent to the consumer does not work or is faulty, the company provides a new license free of charge.
• If the problem cannot be resolved, a refund is made.
