Return Policy for Digital Licenses and Online Deliveries

Delivery Method

Purchased software licenses/activation codes are delivered to consumers instantly in electronic format (email, user panel, etc.).

Right of Withdrawal Exception

According to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to consumers (e.g., license code).

Returns for Unused Licenses

• Before the license key is delivered to the customer or an unlimited license is defined, the consumer can request a return within 14 days.
• At this stage, no license key should have been created, transmitted, or allocated to the customer.
• For the purpose of evaluating the software before purchase, it is essential that the customer test the product using a demo license.

Returns for Used Licenses

• If an unlimited (full) license key has been transmitted or allocated to the customer, a return is not possible regardless of whether the license has actually been used.
• The right of withdrawal expires upon the license key being transmitted to the customer via email.
• Unlimited licenses are digital products that are delivered instantly in electronic form and are specifically personalized for the individual.
• Sales made within this scope are evaluated within the scope of the right of withdrawal exception in accordance with Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Faulty / Non-Working License

• If the license number sent to the consumer does not work or is faulty, the company provides a new license free of charge.
• If the problem cannot be resolved, a refund is made.
