Optimization
The specified parts and sheets are arranged on the sheet in an optimal manner to ensure minimum material waste and prepared for cutting. If needed, the optimization process can be customized with parameters such as minimum scrap rate, break distance, and blade thickness, allowing the cutting process to be carried out in the most suitable way for the project.

Sheet Stock
Materials and sheets produced in the past are kept in stock for projects and made available quickly. This allows the required materials to be procured without delay, making the production process more efficient and planned. Our stock is regularly updated, and the availability of materials is continuously monitored, ensuring that projects are completed on time and without disruption.

Toolpath / GCode
Toolpath files containing commands specific to machines that will be used with the Advanced Post-Processor provide information on when each command will be executed. When necessary, these files can be accessed and edited through the application. This allows production processes to be managed more flexibly and effectively.

Low-E Scoring Support
CrystalCAM automatically generates the pre-scoring path required for Low-E glass cutting. The scoring line that the cutting wheel will follow is added to the optimization plan before the main cut, eliminating the need for any additional manual preparation on the production line. Report
Information related to parts that have completed the optimization process can be obtained as QR code label outputs. Any quadrilateral or different cutting parts (DXF, Script) can be used in the program. This process can be performed during or after shape selection. X, Y and radius (radius) values can be used to create desired amount of vent parts on the part. In addition, the part shape can be previewed by updating and changing the values.
